What is Open Data?
Open data is data that can be used free of charge and freely, which is reusable and distributable by everyone without being subject to any copyright, patent or other control mechanisms.
On a Legal framework basis, the term Open Data signifies having an open license, which enables the data to be accessed freely, re-used and distributed by everyone, whereas Technically it indicates the data that anyone can reach and use by common, free of charge software tools, the machines can process and, which is broadcasted on electronic formats not protected by copyright. For data to be technically open, it should also be available and accessible in an open server without any password or safety wall restrictions.
